The Management of MORATIS FILIPPOS KE SIA OE, which is active in the Trade, repair and assembly of hydraulic systems of low and high pressure ships and yachts , states that: Regarding the policy of our company, we consider that consists in the continuous improvement of the quality of our services, in order to document their reliability and the complete satisfaction of the customers’ requirements.

Convinced of the need to continuously improve the quality level of our services, it is stated that our company is committed to installing a Quality Management System in its facilities in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 and to comply with the following principles that constitute the Our company policy:

• In the faithful implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality system in accordance with national and Community legislation and the system manual.
• Continuous updating, monitoring and harmonization with national and Community legislation in accordance with the instructions of the competent authorities.
• In satisfying the requirements of the customers regarding the quality of the security services from the company “MORATIS FILIPPOS KE SIA OE”, dealing with based on documented procedures, timely and valid complaints or objections.
• In the continuous training of all the staff of the company, in matters concerning the effective operation of the Quality Management System.
• The establishment on an annual basis of specific, measurable and achievable goals, the implementation of which is a commitment for the company and an obligation for the staff.
• At the disposal of the necessary resources for the implementation of the organization’s policy as well as the objective goals and objectives set by the administration and supporting this policy
