Project description
General repair of twelve (12) captive winches from S/Y ALLURE. All captive winches were completely removed from the vessel and were then transported to our premises for repair and maintenance.
For every captive winch we proceeded with the following works:
- Complete disassembling, cleaning and inspecting of all parts
- Replacement of the ball bearings with brand-new ones
- Replacement of the seal kits with brand-new ones
- Construction of some holding pins from the planetary gear
- Complete disassembling, maintenance & reassembling of all hydraulic blocks
- Returning parts back at the vessel
- Installation of parts at the vessel
- Successful hydraulic tests performed at vessel
